It can leave the gap caused by deleted lines or close up the gap. What is this good for? If you are using pay-per-click advertising (Google, Yahoo! Search Marketing [nee Overture.com], FindWhat, etc.) you may wish to use the search terms as titles for your ads, so you would use this tool to eliminate lines longer than the maximum permitted length. The advantage of the leave-a-gap option is that if you copied the keywords from a spreadsheet, when you copy them back in, they will still be in the right rows. Results appear in a pop-up window.
