Bosquet, Pierre Francois Joseph, marshal, was born in 1810, at Mont de Marsan in Landes. He rendered signal services in the Crimea at the battles of Alma and Inkermann, and was wounded at the storming of the Malakoff. In 1856 he was made a marshal in the French army, and appointed a senator, and in 1861 he died.
