Moneywort, a popular name applied to several plants, especially to Lysimachia nummularia and to Anagallis tenella, both indigenous members of the order Primulacea;. The former, also known as Creeping Jenny and as Herb Twopence, is a trailing plant, with roundish glossy leaves and golden funnel-shaped flowers. The latter, generally known as the Bog Pimpernel, is much smaller, and has rounded leaves and small pink flowers.
