Lippe

Lippe, an old North-German principality, bounded by Hanover, Hesse Cassel and Rhenish Prussia, is noted for its saline springs. The principal towns are Detmold, Lemgo, and Buckeburg. It has one vote in the German Reichstag, and one vote in the Federal Council.
