Isometric Projection

Isometric Projection is a method of drawing objects of simple shape so that their -dimensions may be shown in one drawing, instead of requiring separate views of plan and elevation.

It somewhat resembles perspective; vertical lines are represented vertical, and horizontal parallel lines are shown parallel (in perspective they are made to converge to a point).
