Helladothorium

Helladothorium, a genus of extinct ruminants, intermediate between the Cervidae and Bovidre, but, like the giraffe (q.v.), more nearly related to the former. Its remains have been found in the older Pliocene rocks of Pikermi in Attica, of S. France, and of the Siwalik Hills in India.
