Dryophis

Dryophis, a genus of arboreal innocuous colubriform Snakes, the type of a family (Dryophidae) popularly called Whip Snakes, from their long, slender form. They are natives of tropical America, West Africa, and Madagascar, generally green in colour, and the snout is much prolonged.
