Dendrocrinus, a genus of Crinoidea, or "Sea Lilies," and the type of the family Dendrocrinidae. It is of interest, as to it is referred the oldest known Crinoid, D. cambrensis, from the Tremadoc rocks of Ramsey Island off the coast of South Wales; there can be little doubt, however, that the species does not properly belong to this genus.
