III. The Holy Spirit

John 14:16 - And I will pray to the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;

John 14:17 - That is the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see him, neither does it know him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.

John 14:26 - But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.

John 15:26 - But when the Comforter comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:7 - Nevertheless, I tell you the truth; It is for your good that I go away: for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you.

John 16:8 - And when he has come, he will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

John 16:9 - Of sin, because they do not believe in me;

John 16:10 - Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you will see me no more;

John 16:11 - Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

John 16:13 - Yet when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of his own accord; but whatever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

John 16:14 - He shall glorify me: for he shall take what is mine, and shall show it to you.

Acts 1:8 - But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you: and you shall be witnesses to me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and to the remotest part of the earth.

Matthew 28:19 - Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit:

Luke 12:11 - And when they bring you to the synagogues, and to magistrates, and authorities, take no thought of how you shall defend yourself, or what you shall say:

Matthew 10:19 - But when they deliver you up, do not be anxious about how or what you shall speak: for it shall be given to you in that hour what you shall speak.

Luke 12:12 - For the Holy Spirit shall teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.

Matthew 10:20 - For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.

John 6:63 - The spirit gives life; the flesh profits nothing: the words I speak to you are spirit and life.

John 20:22 - And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit:

Mark 3:28 - Truly I say to you, All sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they shall speak:

Mark 3:29 - But he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit shall never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin:

Matthew 12:31 - Therefore I say to you, Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven men.

Matthew 12:32 - And whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come.

Luke 12:10 - And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven.

John 3:8 - The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but can not tell from where it comes, and where it goes: so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.
